Pricing FAQ
Is there a fee if my event doesn't get a sponsor?
No. Starter is free and the success fee only applies to deals that close and pay out.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled before fulfillment, the held payment is refunded to the sponsor and no success fee is charged, unless the agreement specifies a make-good or reschedule both sides accepted.
Do nonprofits get a discount?
Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations and school booster clubs get Pro at 50% off. Upload your determination letter or school affiliation during signup.
Can I bring sponsors I already have?
Yes. Deals with sponsors you invite yourself carry a flat 3% fee on any plan, so you can still use held payments, contracts and reporting.
