Standfield
How it works

One place for the whole deal

Most local sponsorships run on emailed PDFs, awkward follow-ups and a check that shows up three months late. Standfield puts the listing, negotiation, contract, payment and proof in one place.

If you run the event

Organizer path

  1. Create your profile

Your organization, past events, photos, and a payout account through our payment partner (identity and bank verification happen here).

  2. Add the event

Dates, venue, attendance (with how you counted it: ticket scans, registrations, gate counts), audience, and your digital reach.

  3. Build packages

Pick from templates for your event type, list each deliverable, set how many slots are available, and price each tier with the value calculator.

  4. Respond to offers

Accept, counter or decline. Once you agree, both sides e-sign the standard agreement.

  5. Deliver and prove it

Hang the banner, run the posts, read the PA script. Upload the proof on the fulfillment checklist.

  6. Get paid

Once proof is approved, the payout goes to your bank account, minus the success fee.

If you're the brand

Sponsor path

  1. Set your targets

Where your customers are, who they are, what you want to spend, and what a win looks like: leads, sampling, awareness or community goodwill.

  2. Browse or post a brief

Filter listings yourself, or post a sponsor brief and let organizers pitch you with matching packages.

  3. Make an offer

Buy at the asking price or propose your own terms: a different mix of deliverables, category exclusivity, or a multi-event bundle.

  4. Pay into a hold

Pay by card or ACH. The funds sit with our payment partner and aren't released until the event delivers.

  5. Send your creative

Upload logos, banner files, ad copy and tracking links. The organizer confirms receipt before print deadlines.

  6. Review the proof

Photos, post links, scan counts and a one-page report. Approve it, or open a dispute within 7 days.

What's in every deal

The parts that keep both sides honest

Standard agreement

Deliverables, dates, category exclusivity, cancellation and weather terms, and logo usage rights, all filled in from the deal. Both sides e-sign.

Held payment

The sponsor pays up front and the funds are held by our licensed payment partner, then released to the organizer when fulfillment is approved.

Proof of fulfillment

Each deliverable has a checklist item: a time-stamped photo, a live post URL, or a QR scan count. Nothing is marked done until something is uploaded.
